The most important for us is to find a really profitable investment platform and further, to think thoroughly about its future relevance and demand.

Besides, the level of the demand is supposed to correspond with our interests and expectations of our investors that we are always in need of and that join us in projects’ execution.

Hôtel Particulier Villeroy is ideally situated on Rue Jean Goujon, in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, next to Avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V. The building was once a private mansion, dating back to 1908. It is now listed as a “Monument Historique” – historic monument - and has undergone extensive renovations to create an intimate boutique hotel, offering guests an experience of service, warmth, comfort and amenities that elude many of the finest hotels.
