All buildings provide their residents with spacious first (ground) floors rooms for baby carriages and bicycles. Each resident will have an opportunity to see their guests without leaving the flat via a "smart home" mobile application that synchronizes with the video surveillance system and the fire system of the buildings.

Residents at Novatoria  will enjoy a private courtyard that features numerous recreation areas with spacious green zones, sports grounds with possibilities to play table tennis and do workouts. chose modern minimalism as Novatoria's architectural style, with great combination of textures and shape geometry. Naturally-coloured facades suits well surrounding buildings and the stylobate highlights the landscape, essential for this location.

Vladivostok's Team from Concrete Jungle created the landscaping concept of the project.

Designers ' love and respect to the sea is traced in every detail: the retaining wall of the complex has a life-size linear infographic in the shape of marine life, and wooden containers with landscaping repeat the motifs of the seaside surface.

The significant feature of Novatoria is its close proximity to the sea. Most of the apartments offer panoramic views over the Amur Bay.

Novatoria puts a fresh spin on the established Vladivostok finishing norms and will offer a range of fit out options in one of the buildings.
