The construction of AQUATORIA started 4Q 2018, a lot of work has been done for the 3 past years: construction of four residential buildings with underground parking on a two-level stylobate, reconstruction of the coastline, that used to be inaccessible, construction start of Phase II, including educational center, — comments Babur Diker, CEO of Wainbridge Russia. — AQUATORIA is a significant project for us in terms of its sizes. From the very beginning we selected construction schedule and avoiding any timeline deviations as one our top priorities in the project and because of that we completed Phase I six months ahead of schedule despite difficulties appeared in the construction field in 2020-2021. And this proves better than anything that Wainbridge is a team of high-qualified professionals.

The AQUATORIA complex is located on the bank of the Moscow channel with a renovated 700-meters length embankment. The charges for the coastline reconstruction were paid from Wainbridge’s own budget, and the works now are at the final stage. The main element of the embankment will be the amphitheater for social events in combination with bicycle tracks, walkways with loungers and benches. In addition to that, the project will boast a spacious (7000sq.m.) green zone with over 300 trees and bushes: apple trees, maples, pines, shad and juniper bushes.

The construction schedule of the AQUATORIA residential complex consists of several parts. The Phase I customers will be able to move in already in 2022. The Phase II — building B3 of 204 apartments is scheduled for 3Q 2023.
It should be mentioned that the construction of a four—storey educational center has already been started; it will include 2 buildings within AQUATORIA’s complex: a school and a kindergarten for 300 places. The building boasts triangular shape, created by the Dutch bureau Kraaijvanger Architects. The operator of educational center will be the international school Leaders International. The center is planned to start functioning by the next academic year.
