The new decade ushers in one of the most exclusive new hotels in Paris. Hôtel Particulier Villeroy, which makes its debut this January, is located in the prestigious Golden Triangle, setting a new standard of luxury and service in the French capital.

It is the first hotel from The Collection – a unique portfolio of landmark and statement villas, private residences and hotels in the world’s top retreat and city destinations including Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Saint Barths, Courchevel, London and now Paris, along with upcoming projects in New York and Los Angeles.

The building was once a private mansion, dating back to 1908. Guests can savour the most refined French cuisine in a sophisticated and intimate setting at Hôtel Particulier Villeroy’s restaurant, Trente-Trois, led by Michelin-starred chef Sebastien Sanjou. In this chic Parisian restaurant, Chef Sanjou offers an elegant and contemporary cuisine that combines simple yet harmonious flavours using locally sourced fresh ingredients while its sommelier offers an impressive wine and champagne list, including some rare vintage bottles.
