Maison Villeroy: the Trente-Trois restaurant earns a Michelin star in the 2021 Guide
The entire team of the Maison Villeroy in Paris is very proud to receive this distinction from the famous red guidebook for its Trentre-Trois restaurant, run by Sébastien Sanjou.

Behind the number 33 on Rue Jean Goujon, a stone’s throw from Avenue Montaigne, this intimate restaurant, originally reserved for Hôtel Particulier Villeroy residents and members of its private club, opened its doors to local clientele in September 2020.

In the prestigious dining room, which showcases a blend of classic architecture and contemporary decor, Sébastien Sanjou serves bold cuisine — a tribute to his terroir in the south of France and its passionate producers.

Sébastien Sanjou shares this award with his team, including his executive chef in Paris, the talented Romain Lamothe. Together, they pour their hearts into creating a menu of perfectly curated dishes through meticulous methods and quality products. Each recipe is crafted around a core of assertive flavours, enhanced by sun-drenched notes, a nod to the south of France, the chef’s home region. This Michelin star is also proudly celebrated with the dining room personnel managed by Simon Durot and all the men and women of Hôtel Particulier Villeroy who offer residents and clients discreet, genuine and gracious service every day.
