Edouard Deschepper, CEO of Wainbridge France, attended the most significant real estate event GRI France 2021 held on 13-14 September. For more than 20 years GRI Club gathers real estate market players — senior investors, developers and lenders to discuss current issues of the European markets, to share experience in construction and development and to create ambitious joint projects.
Mr. Deschepper participated in the strategic sessions Emerging Trends — Alternative Active and Increasing Service Factor and Demand and supply imbalance. The speakers discussed the current demand of the serviced properties in the French market and the ratio between the demand and the growth of prices.
