Wainbridge discusses future projects  with the mayor of Vladivostok
Recently, Babür Diker, the President of Wainbridge Russia, and the company’s development team have visited Vladivostok to meet the city mayor to discuss Wainbridge plans regarding its expansion in the Far East.

 «This year, the amount of built residential square meters exceeds the last year’s. Nevertheless, we are determined to keep this level and even increase. We have plans to create a convenient urban structure to avoid chaos,» — comments Oleg Gumenyuk about the current situation on Vladivostok’s real estate market.

Babür Diker also mentions the necessity to mix residential developments of different price segments —from economy and business to premium class, but not to forget about commercial premises, offices, fitness — diversity of social infrastructure, modernization of street networks and, of course, the arrangement of public spaces according to the latest schemes.

At the end of the meeting, the head of Vladivostok Oleg Gumenyuk invited the representatives of Wainbridge to participate in future investment projects.
