Wainbridge is delighted to present Hotel Particulier Villeroy - one of the most exclusive boutique-hotels in Paris
The new decade ushers in one of the most exclusive new hotels in Paris. Hôtel Particulier Villeroy, which makes its debut this January, is located in the prestigious Golden Triangle, setting a new standard of luxury and service in the French capital. It is the first hotel from The Collection – a unique portfolio of landmark and statement villas, private residences and hotels in the world’s top retreat and city destinations including Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Saint Barths, Courchevel, London and now Paris, along with upcoming projects in New York and Los Angeles.

«Our international team has improved and brought to a new level the approach to the service model a long time ago. And now is the time to let real connoisseurs of luxury enjoy it, -said Michael Belton, president of Wainbridge. —The central location, exceptional intimacy, an unsurpassed level of service - these are the main characteristics of the Hotel Particulier Villeroy».

“The new decade welcomes an exquisite new collection of ultra-private, ultra-luxury hotel accommodations in some of the world’s most coveted destinations.” We are delighted to introduce Hotel Particulier Villeroy and The Collection to the world’s most discerning travelers,” said Jacques Oudinot, CEO for The Collection.

Hôtel Particulier Villeroy is ideally situated on Rue Jean Goujon, in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, next to Avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V. The building was once a private mansion, dating back to 1908. It is now listed as a “Monument Historique” – historic monument - and has undergone extensive renovations to create an intimate boutique hotel, offering guests an experience of service, warmth, comfort and amenities that elude many of the finest hotels.

The hotel features a beautiful neoclassical cut stone façade located in a picturesque street that embodies the feeling of a private home and provides guests elevated privacy and comfort. The interior combines the hotel’s history with modern Parisian touches, featuring Calacatta marble fireplaces, ornate cast-iron railings on the stairway and a sophisticated color palette of natural tones, relishing the building’s expansive layout and high ceilings.

Comprised of just 11 guest apartments, suites and rooms, thoughtful floor layouts enable guests to occupy entire floors of the mansion should they wish. It is also possible to reserve the entire property, should this be preferred.
All centred around a magnificent interior atrium, there are two spacious Apartments, two Grand Premier Suites, three Premier Suites and four Premier Rooms. In each room, guests will find bespoke furniture made by Italian furniture brand Promemoria, handmade Vispring beds, Rivolta Carmignani Italian linen as well as duvets and pillows from French brand Drouault.

Service at the hotel rests exclusively in the hands of a dedicated team of butlers, who will offer an ultra-personalised service to each guest. The versatile butlers will act as personal assistants to indulge every guest’s needs at any time of day or night.

Guests can savour the most refined French cuisine in a sophisticated and intimate setting at Hôtel Particulier Villeroy’s restaurant, Trente-Trois, led by Michelin-starred chef Sebastien Sanjou. In this chic Parisian restaurant, Chef Sanjou offers an elegant and contemporary cuisine that combines simple yet harmonious flavours using locally sourced fresh ingredients while its sommelier offers an impressive wine and champagne list, including some rare vintage bottles.

With its warm fireplace, the building’s original golf leaf moulding, mood lighting and cozy sofas, Bar Jean Goujon is an opulent lounge that evokes the seduction of an exclusive members’ club. At Bar Jean Goujon, guests can enjoy a classic cocktail reimagined by the expert mixologist, a glass of champagne, or be tempted by one of the most unique Japanese whiskey selections in all of Paris.

Hôtel Particulier Villeroy has announced an exclusive partnership with French brand L’Officine Universelle Buly 1803 for Spa Villeroy. Buly’s co-founder, Victoire de Taillac, has created organic essential oils and four facial treatments. Spa Villeroy also features two treatment rooms, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, hydrotherapy shower and a private, heated relaxation terrace. Alongside the spa is a 45 sqm fitness room with high technology Technogym equipment and is available for guests 24/7, along with personal trainers. The restaurant, bar and spa are exclusively reserved for residents of the Hotel Particulier Villeroy.

Room rates start from €1,060 per night on a B&B basis. For more information and booking, please visit hotelvilleroy.com
